Sammy's Nursery Tour

Hey everyone, Richele here! I have been dying to share Sammy girl's nursery with you all, so let's get right into it shall we?! When envisioning her room, we wanted to create a space that Sammy could grow into, and wasn't overly “girly”. We kept things simple overall, and went with a Bohemian/Scandinavian flair throughout the space. IKEA was truly our best friend while putting together this room, so if you're looking for some great budget friendly options then we hope you find this helpful!

When choosing the wallpaper for Sammy’s room, I knew I wanted something gender neutral, simple, yet still fun for a little girl. I finally landed on the Cottontail Wallpaper and I am so happy with how it turned out. We definitely wanted the wallpaper to act as a bold accent wall, so we kept the rest of the furniture pieces neutral and timeless throughout the space.

We scored some amazing furniture pieces from IKEA, and it was a great way to keep our spending on the lower end. The bamboo floor length mirror and rattan clothing wardrobe added the perfect amount of Scandinavian/Bohemian vibe that we were after!

Baskets inside wardrobe: IKEA
Mirror: IKEA
Couch: Nugget
Her little reading nook was such a fun space to design as well. We created an adorable gallery wall with some unique prints we found from various online boutiques, and thrifted all of the frames. We love that she has a little area where all of her books are readily available for her to grab, and still looks cute!

Pink Mushroom Lamp: Urban Outfitters
Deer Stuffed Animal: Maileg

We hope you loved taking a little tour with us through Sammy's sweet nursery! It was such a joy putting this room together for her, and it has been the biggest blessing getting to watch her grow in this space. I mean, this chubby little smile really doesn't get old, does it?!
