It was our absolute joy to be able to photograph a special little squish's dream nursery this week - Lily Wilde! This room is amazing. It's earthy, vibrant and showcases our fun Clementine Mural. We chatted with Sarah to hear all about her vision behind the nursery and her journey through motherhood this far!

What was your vision for Lily’s nursery? What made you choose the Clementine Mural (we love it, it’s so cute!)?
I had horses on my walls growing up and always imagined them as my friends. I wanted to give Lily that same opportunity. I already see her engaging with the tigers while she’s laying in her crib, I love it! I fell for the colours and how playful the design is. It’s a little bit of jungle magic.
What was the first piece you purchased for the room?
First thing I bought for the room was the crib. I had my eyes on it for a while and showed it to my mom. Little did I know, she had bought it for me when we first started to trying for a baby. It took a few years for us to conceive but when we found out about Lily and my mom surprised us with it!
What are your and Lily’s favourite ways to spend time in this space?
We LOVE reading books. Lily is starting to know and settle into her routine. We also sit and read a few books in her nursery. She always tries to flip the pages while we read. It's so sweet.
What’s been the most rewarding part of motherhood for you thus far?
Seeing her smiles and the joy in her eyes. Even though our days don’t consist of much, and we’re usually behind schedule and a bit of a mess, taking those moments in and seeing her light up when we make eye contact is just the best. Or when she’s playing with something she’s loving, well it just melts my heart.
